Some recommendations :

• The mask does not replace any of the other precautionary measures: you still have to respect a distance of 1.5 meters, wash your hands and avoid touching your face.

• The mask must completely cover the mouth and the nose and must hold well on the face. Obviously it should not make breathing difficult.

• The fabric mask provides protection for only 3-4 hours. It must therefore be replaced after 4 hours of use.

• Remove the mask by the sides and do not touch the front. Put it directly in the laundry basket, then wash your hands.

• Before wearing the mask again, it should be machine washed, preferably at 60 °C.
